In 2024 we expanded our offering with 12 brand new, fully furnished apartments designed specifically for long-term stays. They are made for US military personnel and government employees stationed in Ramstein and Landstuhl, offering the ideal blend of convenience and comfort.

Both towns sit in the Western Palatinate, within easy reach of the base area and of Kaiserslautern.
Ramstein-Miesenbach
Ramstein is home to Ramstein Air Base, the largest US Air Force base outside the United States. The town offers shops, restaurants, schools and services geared towards the international community.
Landstuhl
Landstuhl is known for the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. The town centre has a small-town character, historical sites and forested surroundings for walking and cycling.
Getting around
A car is the most practical way to get around; free parking belongs to every apartment. Kaiserslautern, Frankfurt Airport and the Autobahn network are reachable by road.
