Apartment Details
We offer 12 fully furnished apartments in three different sizes:
- Small Apartments (around 35 m²): One bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom.
- Medium Apartments (around 46 m²): Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom.
- Large Apartments (around 63 m²): Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom.
Each apartment is fully equipped with:
- Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, fridge/freezer, and full set of plates, glasses, cups, pans, and cutlery.
- Living Room: Big couch, smart TV, and dining area.
- Office Area: Desk for comfortable working.
- Bedroom: Queen/King-size beds, large closet.
- Bathroom: Walk-in shower, hair dryer, cosmetic mirrors, and cosmetic items.
Yes, each apartment includes a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Our apartments feature new heating systems that warm the room in less than 5 minutes, air conditioning in each room, keyless entry with an enter code system, sensor lights, smoke detectors, and electric blinds.
Long-Term Stay Information
Our apartments are available for stays ranging from a minimum of 10 nights to a maximum of two years.
Our apartments can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.
Yes, the minimum booking period for our apartments is 10 days.
